Vintage Christmas Decorations

A number of people asked to see some of the vintage Christmas decorations in our home this year. So instead of emailing pictures, i thought it would make more sense to just put some up on the blog for all to enjoy!

These carollers are on my desk next to the computer (on top of which are the 3 white deers) The yarn art in the background is a vintage piece too, not necessarily Christmas, it's a colorful bird, which can be seen in the shop.

So this is our tree. (yes fake. shhh) Filled with Vintage ornaments. Only the lights are from current times! I made this photo a couple of days ago and by now there are even more ornaments in it!

Close up. Don't you love the tree topper? It's from Woolworth and it lights up! I even have the original box from back in the day!

Another closer look. I painted a blank house shaped shadowbox and filled that with tiny ornaments too.

Maybe my favorite setup in the livingroom. My vintage Angels. Would it be weird if i would keep those around all year long?

There is more, like the flocked deers with bells that welcome you when you enter our apartment, and of course vintage (plastic) mistletoe with kneehuggers on top, and more. If i have time i'll do another photosession closer to Christmas.
