Big Eyed Art Museum

The living room is starting to look like a Big Eyed Art Museum. I got these four wonderful big eyed music loving boys and girls paintings by Eve and they do make a great addition to the rest of my collection.

These Gogo kids weren't only painted by Eve, but also by the big eyed artist Lee. They so resemble each other that i sometimes wonder if the artist is the same under some sort of a.k.a. or that they were friends working from the same studio.

Too bad there is so little information about many of these artists. Which reminds me to look for a copy of the book 'Just Above the Mantelpiece: Mass-Market Masterpieces'. I once got this book from the library in Amsterdam, i should have ran to the bookstore then, i think it's out of print now.

I sometimes dream of living in a bigger house, just so that i have more wall space to decorate!
