Collage Sunday #33-36

#33. Admit one. Basically two gorgeous black and white editorial illustrations with a few added features. I wish i had written down the name of the illustrator when i tore out the pages from the magazine. It would have been nice to be able to give credit. Sorry about that.

#34. Think Big! or Think Pink! Personally i really like this page. Pretty to look at, feels finished and everything seems to fit and match well. And of course the main color is Pink. The three swatches have the colors written underneath in dutch, so no mysteries there, they just say 'pink', 'grey' and 'bright pink'.

#35. No title. I like the way this collage 'flows'. From the monkey hanging on the tree with the leafs, going to the black and white tree silhouette with the children playing to the black and white photo of Brigitte Bardot.

#36. Happy here. "Di sini senang. Di sana Senang. Di mana-mana haiku senang. Di Indonesia senang di Belanda senang" From a very cheerful Indonesian children's song. It means "Happy here. Happy there. I am happy everywhere. Happy in Indonesia happy in the Netherlands." The left page illustration comes from an forgotten magazine, the right page is an illustration i made a while ago and was published in a Dutch magazine with an Indonesian focus, it was to accompany an article about Indonesian DNA.
