Purple Inspiration

I am so grateful for the wonderful emails i receive. Reading that there are people out there really loving my work is a blessing. I've been in need of some free form inspiration. There's a lot going on in my life that stops me from actually sitting down and take the time to 'play' with my art. Plus the fact that i have been working on commercial illustration jobs. Which are fine, but illustrating for the wishes of a client is so different than letting the juices flow and just make what feels right to just me.

The other day i got another one of those blessed inspirational emails from a visitor of mine which made me remember not to forget to work on personal illustrations again.

For those who don't speak Indonesian (or Malay for that matter), Ungu means Purple, Manis means Sweet.
