Saxophone Tshirt into skirt

It ended up being quit a straight forward, pretty easy skirt. But it did take me forever to decide what exactly to make of it. It started out with this large white shirt with the saxophone on it. Underneath it says 'ssssht!' and '... dank u' (that means '... thank you').

First when i started the alteration, i thought of using it as the lower part of a dress. So i made a top part out of another yellow shirt. But it didn't satisfy me. At all. So i changed my mind. And started with a gray top part and a hot pink kangaroo pocket in front. Again, didn't satisfy me. I left the skirt untouched for a while when i thought i just needed to keep it simple.
Added the pink waist band and a small sweet flower brooch and voila. Satisfaction.
