New mailinglist system

I've implemented a new mailing system on Ismoyo. So things with sending out regular mailings will run smoother as to thusfar.
The only thing is it would be easiest for me if those who already subscribed to the 'old' mailinglist would re-join by submitting their email address again. It's real easy just enter your email and confirm one email, easy as that.
