I bring you: my 1st hand made bag!

I think i could have done a better job on it, but at least i have learned alot doing it. I'll use this one as reference for my next projects.

I do LOVE the print! (if i may humbly say so myself)
It's based on a picture of my mom on a vintage western book cover.
I used that picture, made an illustration and, using an iron-on transfer, placed it on the flower fabric.
At first i had the feeling that the gun came out too dark. But now i kinda think it's okay the way it is. When you look at it quickly you just notice my mom's gorgous face, but when you look at it longer you see she's holding the gun by her face. Seductive and dangerous.

There's also a small dogtag saying 'mama', which i think is very cool.
